I would simply like to underscore the general availability of the following database which may be of use to the built environment aspect of this project. Philadelphia Neighborhoods: Histories, Plans and Futures is a free, searchable database of neighborhood-based reports issued by the Philadelphia City Planning Commission between 1946 and 1990. The database was conceived in the Fine Arts Library of the University of Pennsylvania Libraries and created by the Libraries' Schoenberg Center for Electronic Text & Image. It may be found at http://sceti.library.upenn.edu/PhilaNeighborhoods/.
