<description>Sounds as if the Title is somewhat limiting. Past as future would seem to be only a part of what should be an overall focus ? Division between what is past and ongoing, and what is new or recent, likely to remain as part of Philadelphia in the 21st Century, would constittue another way to view topically ?

Thank you
